In memoriam

Mustafa Pamuk was born on February 1, 1937 in Brda, Trnovo municipality. He finished high school in Mostar and graduated in 1961 from the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo, reports N1. From 1961 to 1964, he worked at "Famos" on commercial jobs in the field of engine production. From 1965 to 1974, he was a sector director at "Feroelektro", where he worked on foreign trade. From 1974 to 1986, he was the director of international traffic at "ŽTO" Sarajevo, and in the period from 1981 to 1985, the president of the Board of Directors of Railways of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the vice president of the Board of Directors of Railways of Yugoslavia. From 1986 to 1991 is the director of the development of new programs at the level of the "UNIS" Sarajevo system. From 1990 to 1991, Mustafa Pamuk was a member of the Assembly of the SFRY in Belgrade. From 1992 to 1993, he was the president of the Executive Board of the City of Sarajevo, and from 1993 to 1996, the president of the Sarajevo District. From 1996 to 2001, he was a professional deputy in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina. From January 25, 2001 to December 31, 2002, Pamuk was the governor of Sarajevo Canton. Mustafa Pamuk returns to the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the 2002-2006 mandate, where as a delegate in the House of Peoples he performs the duties of chairman of the House and member of the Collegium of the House of Peoples. From 1990 to 1995, Mustafa Pamuk was a member of the Party of Democratic Action and a member of its Main Board, and since 1996 he has been a member of the Party for BiH as one of the founders, president of the Executive Committee, and since 2001 a member of the Presidency of the Party for BiH.
