In memoriam

Natalia was a teacher at school no.20. She had a relationship with a soldier, but later ended the relationship. It's possible that the attacker was her ex-boyfriend, getting his revenge, as he had written her a suicide note a day before the explosion. Natalia was killed in the Gîsca school explosion on the 4th of April, 1950. It was commited by a an unknown attacker. A bomb was sent to the school disguised as a present for a teacher. The entire small school was destroyed, killing 21 kids and 2 teachers. At the end of the year, only 5 children graduated. The village mourns this unfortunate tradegy every year in April.
