Nicolae Mircea Oprescu

In memoriam

Mircea Nicolae Oprescu was a Romanian Man. He died in 2014. He is survived by his mother, Parascheva Ciocoi (1946), who 6 weeks after his death, write her pain for loosing her son, on his grave. His wife, Paula Mirela (1965) considered that the words were against her and demanded his mother for defamation. The wife won the trial, and the mother, Parascheva, was obligated to remove the words she had written on her son's grave, change the name on the cross, she write only "Mircea Oprescu" in place of "Mircea Nicolae Oprescu" and pay 12.000 Romanian Lions (2500€) to the wife and her kids.
