In memoriam

I posted a broader photo to indicate how graves are prepared and left open (six feet deep) until used. While visiting there, firemen rescued a tourist who had fallen in one. He is buried in Cavtat, Croatia, on the west end of a charming fishing village, about 12 km south of Dubrovnik. The name of this cemetery, known by the locals is, sveti Rok or St. Rok.
