Panaghiotis Kanatakis (Παναγιώτης Κανατάκης) was a Gendarme. He was killed in action during the battle of Mandalon (a village near Giannitsa) on November 26th 1946. He was from Crete. His grave informs us that he was from the village of Mandalon of Crete (same name with the place of his death) but this is not correct as there is no village in Crete name Mandalon. Member of the 8th Company of Gendarmerie for Pursuit and Hunting (8ος Λόχος Κυνηγών Χωροφυλακής).
