Peter Kandis

Peter was born on the Island of Bozcaada (in Turkish), or called the Island of Tenedos (in Greek). Peter's wife had an understanding that Peter would be disinterred after three years, and moved from that cemetery, or otherwise taken care of. That event should have occurred in the year of 1976. Peter's wife Irene was still living for 9 more years past that time. Peter is memorialized along with his wife on his wife's tombstone located in the Oakwood Cemetery, Siler City, Chatham County, North Carolina, USA. See Find A Grave # 94230242 which has a photo of his memorial. That photo displays an inscription which clearly indicates that Peter is buried in Thessaloniki, Greece, not with his wife in North Carolina.
