Rafael Pertot

In memoriam

Rafael Pertot was born in the Trieste neighborhood of Barcola (Slovene: Barkovlje) on 13 March 1901. He taught in Naklo, near Kranj, and then went to Dražgoše in 1935 to serve as school director. His contract there ended in the fall of 1937, but her remained in Dražgoše until January 1941, when he received a new position in Ilova Gora near Grosuplje.
