Service No: 21688 Age: 26 Regiment/Service: East Yorkshire Regiment, 'B' Coy. 2nd Bn. Son of John and Annie Simms, of Howden, Yorks. Previously wounded in France on 23rd Aug., 1916, in the Somme Battle. He was originally buried in a field grave in Janes Cemetery Salonica but later reinterred in 1921
