2047 Able Seaman T.J. Chitts Royal Australian Navy HMAS "Brisbane" 2 December 1918 Age 25 There's a link death cannot sever. Fond remembrance lasts forever.

Enlisted in the Australian Navy August 14, 1912. Sister, Mintee Downs of 31 Cressy Street, Malvern, listed as Next of Kin. He served aboard destroyers, the Cerberus as well as the Sydney and finally the Brisbane. He contracted pneumonia and died while at sea and is buried in Greece.
