Vasilis Dimitriou

In memoriam

Born on April 12, 1945 in Athens. He wrote music for theater, television, radio, cinema and ballet, songs and projects of modern music idiom for large and small ensembles or solo instruments. He was a member of EETHS (Company Greek Theatre Translators Authors and Composers), GRNET (Greek Union of Authors Song) and a founding member of the PSP (Hellenic Music Association) of the Study and Research Centre of the Greek Theatre - Theatre Museum. From 2004 to 2010 he was a member of the Board ERT. and he had also been a member of the Board the National Theatre and the Board the Greek Festival.
