Also known as Potočenov Vinko or Potov Vinko (an oeconym). Son of Venceslav Cimermančič and Marija Cimermančič. From Begunje pri Cerknici. He was a Home Guard soldier that was returned from the prisoner of war camp in Viktring, Austria after the war and murdered at the Teharje death camp.
