Actual death and burial location is unknown. Vojko Pavlovcic was part of Slovene Home Guard ("Domobranci"), and was killed by Yugoslav Communists in 1945, along with his brother Jozef. A Headstone Memorial containing their names is located in the Zale Central Cemetery, Slovenia. Their mother Judita Pavlovcic (nee Mauric) is buried in separate plot in same cemetery, along with her daughter Otilija and grandson Janez Moder.
