Born in 1920 in the vilage of Celopeci, Kicevo in Macedonia to Nofre (baker) and Marija Milanovski, had three sisters. Graduated law in Balgrade and masters at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. Was designated on local judge positions and county court president in Ohrid, Gostivar and Skopje. Was elected and served as Deputy public prosecutor of Macedonia 1964-1967. Practiced privat law until death in 2001. Married to Ljubica Milanovska and father to Dragoljub Milanovski and Sonja Mitrova. Excelled in chess, political discussions and enjoyed nature.
