Awarded the Military Cross Son of Colour Sergeant Joseph Whall and Elizabeth Anne Whall of Hounslow, Middlesex Husband of A. M. Whall of 9 Wilton Hill, Taunton, Somerset. Served in the North West Frontier of India Campaign (1897)
