VX6463 Posting on Death: 2/8th AUSTRALIAN INFANTRY BATTALION, he was killed in action in Greece. Medals Awarded: 1939/45 Star, Africa Star, Defence Medal, War Medal, Australia Service Medal. He is commemorated on the Roll of Honour in Albury NSW, also his name is located at panel 33 in the Commemorative Area at the Australian War Memorial. Son of Mr. and Mrs. William Davison; husband of Doreen Margaret Davison, of Carlton, Victoria, Australia.
