Yoil Meites

In memoriam

YOIL (IOYL) MEITES was born in Balta in about 1870 to Boruch Meites and Ester (last name unknown). He moved to Kishinev in the beginning of 20th century according to Russian Duma Voters List. He had a family business which mainly consisted of collecting, utilizing and selling secondary materials to factories. He also was a property owner. In about 1891 (age 21) Yoil married Tseytl Aberbuch (age 18) daughter of Geyhikh Averbukh and Rukhl Tepper. He died in Kishinev in about 1925 (age 55) of heart attach. Yoil Meites and Tseytl Averbuch had six children
