Bosnian-Herzegovinian writer, painter, and caricaturist. He was born in Konjic on September 24, 1920, and died in Herceg Novi (today Montenegro) on November 29, 1989. Džumhur published more than 10,000 cartoons throughout his career. He wrote 35 scenographies for the theater and scripts for three feature-length films and several short films. He experienced the greatest popularity as the presenter of the documentary series "Hodoljublja," which he hosted for over ten years. "Hodoljublja" was one of the most popular TV shows in the former Yugoslavia. He also wrote more than ten literary works. Nobel laureate prize winner Ivo Andrić wrote only one book foreword in his career, for Zuko Džumhur.
