Victim by Negligence. Monica Novacovici was a 17 years old girl and 11th grade student from Folea, Timiș County, Banat, Romania. Monday early morning, May 13, 2024, at around 1 am, she was on the passenger seat of her 19-year-old boyfriend's BMW going to a party. None of them was wearing the seat belt, and having the high speed of 120 kmh (75 mph), into a curve on DN59 outside of Săcālaz, he being an unexperienced driver who had his license for 4 days only, lost the control, and got out of the road, the car rolling over multiple times.
